Your Guide to Super Bowl Small Talk

Since Super Bowl small talk is bound to happen, we’ve got you covered with a few extra talking points for backing Reagan for Congress.

  1. Americans are spending $700 million more gathering for a traditional Super Bowl party than one year ago.
The National Retail Association estimates that Americans will spend $14.6 billion on food, drinks, apparel, decorations, and other items for the Super Bowl this year. The sharp increase in cost is thanks to inflation caused by reckless spending backed by D.C. politicians like Kim Schrier.
  2. The 7.5% inflation rate is a tax on necessary goods and services that most impacts those least able to afford price increases.
Contrary to what D.C. politicians like Kim Schrier want voters to believe, reckless spending is the biggest cause of inflation. Inflation in the United States far outpaces other western nations experiencing similar supply chain and oil shortage issues.
  3. Kim Schrier backs policies that allow for a surge in deadly narcotics to flow freely across our border.
Drug cartels are using our unsecured southern border to smuggle record amounts of deadly narcotics into our country. Fentanyl seizures along the Texas/Mexico border increased by 1,066% in 2021. With a record 100,000 Americans dying of a drug overdose in one year, it’s time for leadership on the issue.
  4. Kim Schrier voted for measures that make enforcing law and order more challenging than ever.
Crime rates and gun violence are at a record high, impacting the safety of our neighborhoods and small businesses. We need leaders who will back our police officers and ensure prosecutors uphold the rule of law.
  5. Reagan Dunn is a former federal prosecutor, and as King County Councilmember, he has consistently supported law enforcement. Unlike Kim Schrier, he has law enforcement experience and knows the hard work that goes into keeping our communities safe. As your congressman, he’ll back law enforcement.
  6. Reagan Dunn has been a consistent fiscal conservative on the King County Council. In stark contrast to Kim Schrier, he has consistently fought for responsible spending and a balanced budget.

We hope you enjoy the game. Let’s hope the black and white stripes don’t win MVP! And thank you for your ongoing support!
