Reagan Dunn Wins Official Washington State Republican Party Straw Poll, Continues to Lead in Race for 8th Congressional District

The results are in, and Reagan Dunn has been announced the winner of the official Washington State Republican Party straw poll in the 8th Congressional District. This victory clearly demonstrates Dunn’s broad base of support across the district – and his frontrunner status in the race to take on Democratic Rep. Kim Schrier.

This straw poll victory demonstrates that Dunn’s message of re-funding the police, reducing out-of-control inflation, and restoring American energy independence is resonating with Washingtonians on both sides of the Cascades. Voters know that Reagan Dunn’s conservative record on these issues makes him the right choice to defeat incumbent Kim Schrier in November. 

This victory continues an established pattern of Dunn leading every poll released in the 8th Congressional District so far. Previous polling has shown Dunn leading his primary opponents by a greater than 2-to-1 margin and leading Kim Schrier in a head-to-head matchup by over 4 points.
