This morning, King County Councilmember Reagan Dunn secured the reelection endorsement of all nine mayors representing the people of King County Council District 9. Gaining the bipartisan support of all nine mayors is a testament to his years of work on behalf of the communities of Southeast King County. The mayoral endorsements include:

  • Bellevue Mayor Lynne Robinson
  • Renton Mayor Armondo Pavone
  • Maple Valley Mayor Sean Kelly
  • Enumclaw Mayor Jan Molinaro
  • Covington Mayor Jeff Wagner
  • Black Diamond Mayor Carol Benson
  • Kent Mayor Dana Ralph
  • Newcastle Mayor Robert Clark
  • Issaquah Mayor Mary Lou Pauly

“I am extremely honored by this show of support from every Mayor in the district I proudly represent,” said Dunn. “I have worked hard to build and maintain strong, collaborative and bipartisan relationships across my district which empower me to better serve the diverse communities that call District 9 home.”

“Reagan has been a consensus builder on the King County Council and his leadership has greatly benefitted suburban communities in Southeast King County,” added Renton Mayor Armondo Pavone. “I’m happy to endorse him for reelection to the King County Council.”

In addition to these endorsements, Dunn’s reelection campaign has already raised over $120,000.  Councilmember Reagan Dunn serves as Vice Chairman of the Metropolitan King County Council.   As the Councilmember from District 9, he represents nearly 300,000 people in unincorporated King County and in all or portions of the cities of Bellevue, Renton, Maple Valley, Enumclaw, Covington, Black Diamond, Kent, Newcastle, and Issaquah.
